I've tried messaging Jagex to my other runescape accounts
days hours remaining
I've recently made the decision to get back into the game. I have three or four old accounts registered with the same or maybe four or five emails.. I used to have many more, but I deleted them awhile back.. I'm sure none of those emails were to my higher level accounts However, I digress.
I recently created a new account/in-game username. I'm not sure if i'd input an email into the input, but I have my password and my character's name but I'm unsure of the email I'd entered if I had even done. It's asking for it and I've tried all of the emails that I've used. I'm unsure of the deal is here or what I can do to get back my account.
I've tried messaging Jagex to my other runescape accounts, but they've not replied to me in several days or so So I'm not certain whether they'll respond to me. I'm planning to try it one more time with this new account , as I really wanted to use the username, but..
If worst comes to worst as the account was new from the tutorial, can I simply let it to be deleted because of inactivity? If so what is the time frame I would have to wait until I could re-register with the preferred name in the game? If not then, should I contact Jagex directly at contactus@jagex (that's likely not the email however, it's the same and I can just find it off of their website..)
I'm still remembering the password for the account. If I've forgotten, I've only forgotten a tiny part. If it's necessary, I can just re-appeal several times until I get the password right if anything. It's a bit silly, but whatever.
