EA Job Description: Madden Could Be Coming to a Switch
Madden NFL used to be the norm on Nintendo platforms and Wii U, but we'ven't had it for more than a decade after Madden NFL 13 on Wii U. EA is still regularly releasing updates to FIFA (even the ones that are "legacy editions"), EA previously stated that they would not release the game on the Switch in the year 2018, but a recent job description suggested Madden could be coming soon.
Doctre81 on YouTube found the job listing "Online Software Engineer (C++ ) - Madden" back in November 2020. For the requirements of the job one section requests 2 years of experience working with "Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo game consoles". Although it may not seem like much, previous EA job listings didn't include Nintendo as a requirement.
EA may be looking into a possible release. Keep in mind that EA had previously confirmed that it would be releasing seven Switch games in the 12 month period in June 2020. We've confirmed six games as of June 2020. These include Apex Legends, which was announced just this week.
That leaves one more to go, but considering the Madden's release schedule each year, EA could potentially be waiting until the release of Madden NFL 22 - as instead of the Madden NFL 21 port - since they typically release in August. It's best to hope that this isn't a legacy version. If you want to know more about Madden 22 coins, you can visit mmoexp.com
